Integrity es una banda de metal, originaria de Cleveland, formada en el año de 1987 bajo el nombre inicial de Diehard, que brevemente usarían. Han lanzado hasta la fecha diez álbumes de estudio, numerosos EP, colaboraciones y material audiovisual.

Son considerados como pioneros del metalcore, generando influencias para el género y/o bandas como Hatebreed, Terror, Converge, y Unearth. Su música se define por sonido intenso que combina el hardcore punk rápido, el heavy metal, el blues y el thrash.

Su temática mezcla además matices religiosos oscuros, el uso prominente de solos de guitarra, voces ásperas, samples e influencias de industrial, noise y experimental. Sumada a líricas sobre la religión, lo sobrenatural, el arte, la filosofía, el horror, enfermedades mentales y ocultismo.

Integrity is a metal band, originally from Cleveland, formed in 1987 under the initial name of Diehard, which they would briefly use. They have released ten studio albums, numerous EPs, collaborations and audiovisual material.

They are considered pioneers of metalcore, generating influences for the genre and/or bands such as Hatebreed, Terror, Converge, and Unearth. Their music is described as an intense sound that combines fast hardcore punk, heavy metal, blues, thrash and angular, noisy guitar riffs. Its theme also mixes dark religious overtones, the prominent use of guitar solos, harsh vocals, samples and industrial, noise and experimental influences. Added to lyrics about religion, the supernatural, art, philosophy, horror, mental illnesses and occultism.
